I have a copy of the cancellation check that was sent to the Lien holder for the gap coverage dates 12/18/check number #***.The tire coverage *** has does not replace rims unless they are not holding air, we have looked at other options for him trying to help but he is
not happy with them.The paint and interior protection was applied at delivery of the vehicle.*** was in this week, I made him an offer to buy back his vehicle and put him in a new one actually lowering his payment but he was still not happy

Dear Mr*** I apologize for not having your concerns addressed sooner and for the issues that you had at the time of deliveryThe vehicle that you purchased from us was a new vehicle at the time of purchaseWhat the term 'unwind' means is that the vehicle had an agreement by another
party to purchase the vehicle but they could not secure financing and therefore could not complete the transactionThe dealership may have permitted them to drive the vehicle for a short period of time while they unsuccessfully attempted to secure a loan; hence the personal items you found in the vehicleI would be happy to offer you a full detail of your vehicle at no expense to you whenever you would like. The refund has been processed and a check in on the way for the cancellation of the service contract. The warranty company sent us the money and it was sitting in an account we just had to redistribute it to the customer

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached a "We Owe" document from Airport Nissan Management. My wife, another family member and I witnessed this. Manager Chris R[redacted] and the Finance Manager assured us this would be paid by the dealership immediately on several occasions.
