To Whom It May Concern:On Tuesday January 31st I contacted *** *** and spoke with her in regards to the event that happened at the car wash
I apologized to her and offered to refund the credit card charge back to her but she had already filed a dispute with her credit card company to remove the charge I then offered her a free wash and gave her a code to use within the next days which she accepted.I also explained to her why the manager had asked her to remove the items out of the back of her truck and then refused service when she did not remove the items We have had several instances at the car wash of damage to our equipment due to people not cleaning out their truck beds Garbage and loose items such as tie down straps blow out when the dryers come on and get caught in the equipment causing severe damage We had just recently had to shut down the automatic wash for a week due to repairs from debris from a truck bed There is also a sign right outside of the automatic asking for all loose items to be removed from all truck beds prior to entering the wash.I did speak with the onsite manager about properly introducing himself to customers - letting customers know who he is and what his role is at the car wash He said that *** was out of her truck when he approached her and asked her to remove the items but did admit that he did not introduce himself or let her know that he was the onsite manager.I hope that my apology to *** for the poor service was accepted and that she will continue to use the wash and take advantage of the free wash code that was given to her.Please confirm receipt of this email and feel free to contact me if you need anything else.Thank you,Carolyn M***Airport Road Car Wash***
