Was an absolute horror show We caught the agent, Michelle M [redacted] , deleting an entire paragraph on a property disclosure document An estimate for foundation damage was provided to us as the buyer of the property Option was approximately $2, Option was whited out Option showed a $5,estimateWe would have never purchased the property had we known repairs would run $5, Char MacCallum Real Estate Group not only intentionally withheld vital information but actively altered documents to hide the extent of structural defectsFull disclosure of the existence and extent of known defects is required by law and the Realtor Code of EthicsUpdate: The [redacted] reviewed my complaint and in fact found the agent, Michelle M [redacted] , did intentionally withhold information that disclosed the full extent of the property defectThe [redacted] stated "You provided MrB [redacted] with an estimate from [redacted] you knew to be incompleteYou specifically requested [redacted] from [redacted] remove the second repair option from the estimate." Michelle M [redacted] was issued a Letter of Warning on March 17, by [redacted] , Executive Director, [redacted] Michelle M [redacted] left Kansas shortly after this incidentAccording to the [redacted] Michelle M [redacted] was most recently licensed in Texas however that license expired in The [redacted] 's findings are public information and can be independently verified by contacting the [redacted] at [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] Reference file #: [redacted] Upon request the [redacted] will provide a copy of the complaint and the commission ruling as well as the sanctions imposed upon that agent

Review: Drove 2 hours round trip to get ski stuff out of unit, but unable to do so 1st time b/c of overlock, although account was current & was unable to reach office to fix problem & take lock off, left so wouldn't miss flight & spent more on ski rental on trip than unit rent. Decided to move out b/c of poor management so hired movers & truck to vacate but unable to do so b/c elevator is broken. Furniture doesn't make the tight turn down stairwell. Manager was obnoxious & rude, used profanity & threatened me, when asked about fixing elevator. I need my stuff & he has no idea when elevator will work again & is billing me for unit everyday that I want to vacate, but can't, in addition to the money I'm out from movers, truck, ski rentals, gas & time.Desired Settlement: I want them to wave the rent charges for my storage unit from my last bill until they fix the elevator and are able to notify me upon it working again so I can re-schedule time again to hire movers & truck at least a week in advance.
