Review: I have a storage unit im renting from Airport Safe Storage in [redacted]. On September 27th I paid $86.00 in cash and a check for $50.00 for my October rent of the storage and put it an envelope in the outside of facility kiosk, I received a email that my rent was still unpaid as of October 10 then she finds my check but says no cash was there, so they put a lock on my unit. I believe they are covering up the fact that someone took the money and I have had to pay an extra $86.00 that I paid on 10-15-14. I will be writing a review of this place and give them a less than exceptable ratingDesired Settlement: I expect them to find my cash and credit my account

I accept their response but would like customers to be aware of paying cash to this company, I am 55 years old and was born and raised in [redacted] and have had real estate for 30 years and would not cheat a business and would expect the same in return.

Review: My husband rented a storage unit(does NOT have my name on it) He then filed for divorce, put all of my belongings in storage and then defaulted on the rent. I had contacted the manager several times and she refused t* let me get my belongings out of it until I paid the back rent. They are about t* auction off all of my stuff ( none of the actual person that rented this storage) and I can not find any contact information of anyone above the manager of the storage units, (wh* has n* authority t* let me get my things without payment) she says.Desired Settlement: I would like t* be able t* come get my posessions within the next tw* weeks and not t* have my things auctioned off.

When a customer rents a unit from us they sign a contract. The contract of this unit is with [redacted]. and Airport Safe Storage. The renter of the unit and the storage facility are bound by that contract unless a court decision says otherwise. Mr. * has not made a payment in 3 months and owes the company $320. By LAW, Airport Safe Storage can not release the contents of this unit to anyone other than [redacted]. If we did, Mr. * would have the right to take us to court. We also explained to [redacted] that she could get a court order to enter the unit but up to this date has not done so. The only option I have is to allow the unit to go to auction. [redacted], by law, can not bid on her own unit but can certainly have a friend do it for her. [redacted], the manager of the facility, is familiar with the storage laws in Washington State and is acting on behalf of the owners. We regret that this unfortunate situation has manifested in this way. We are complying with the laws and will err on that side.
