reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.While I would normally accept this offer, the nature of my complaint was that they failed to show up to take us to the airport on time.  This causes us to question their reliability in the future.  As a compromise, I would be willing to accept half the amount in cash and the other half as credit for future trips.  I would also like something in writing saying that they have authorized the credit.
