I am rejecting this response because: Their statement is factually incorrect. The business agreed to charge me $and then charged me $For the record they were advertising a price that they did not honorI tried calling back multiple times to address this issue and they IGNORED ME plain and simple. I did speak to the co-owner, *** ***, who had decency to call and apologize. She was pleasant and did agree to refund the full amount. I did express myself clearly that the managers that she has working there are ineptPresently, I am waiting for the refund. I also filed a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs. I will filing a complaint with the *** *** *** ** ***. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.Thank you,
