Dear Ms***, We do remember you, We recall that you stated you did "not" do a sellers reportWe also know that you said, “you did not know you had to do a seller’s report,” because you never sold a car beforeSteve Fowler (your dad) said he told you to file one, but according to the
Department of Licenses, you did notTami explained to you that because it was after hours (per law, RCW 46.55) it was too late to do a seller’s report as it was processed for auctionTami then explained to you and Steve to try and contact the person you sold it toSteve understood everything and picked up your vehicle with a notarized statement from you. We record all our phone conversations and we work for law enforcementWe take the words "threaten" and "lied to" very seriously where we reviewed your transcriptsAccording to RCW a sellers report would protect you from charges before the vehicle was towed, because you did not follow Washington State Law, you had been charges rates that Washington State Legislature selects for usUpon the time of redeeming your vehicle, Steve Fowler was also given court paperwork if you felt the situation needed to be heard in front of the proper channelsWe are sorry that you had to experience a hardship, simply because of a document the Department of Licdid not receive from youWarm Regards, Airport Towing

*** *** Revdex.com Director, Marketplace Resources 1.E.4", Suite Cincinnati, Ohio 45202Dear *** ***:I am contacting you on behalf of a Consumer Complaint that you Received By *** *** about Airport Towing.I am Jessica l spoke with *** the day before he came to pick up his Ex-Wife's
CarI assisted *** by receiving all his information by fax all he had to do was pay the tow fees*** had called a few times and at first he was planning on coming that day but as the day went on he was unable to make it and asked if he could pick it up the car the following day, I Assured him it was not a problem and I went over the prices with him again and told him every time he called that it was $a day storage, I did not at any time tell him that I would not charge him the extra day of storage! I'm not sure where the miss understanding was in thatUnfortunately I was not in the office at the time *** came and picked up his Ex-wife's car, Larry did call me asking me if told *** I was not charging him the extra day of storage at that time told Larry I did NOT say I wouldn't charge himHe knew from the first time we spoke what the charges were and I am not in any position to cut those charges.Spoke with Larry later on about this Incident and Larry said he came in making a scene and was unable to work with regarding the price he was given. If you need anything regarding the following please let me know.Airport Towing

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This business is a scam, the owner was as unprofessional as I have ever seen, the car was there less than hours, I offered to pay the fees over the phone since I could not pick it up before 5pm. They refused to accept payment and then charged me an extra dollars for storage. Again, they are taking advantage of people and overcharging them, I have AAA but they refuse to deal with them either. This guy was just your typical thug cash only sketchy business practices and lying to cover for himself and his employee. Its really not about the $its about the dishonesty and corrupt way he does business. I will accept $for my ordeal

I am rejecting this response because:This will be my last messageYour company continues to confound Washington state law with your business pursuing erroneous chargesThere is no state law anywhere in this country that forces a business to collect erroneous chargesI understand that you do not want to put anything in writing to this effect to create precedent for your companyHowever, failing to do is entirely unfair to me.I have attached two other documents that you should have received from other sources, the first from the *** DOT showing the disassociation date between me and this vehicle as well as this being listed as a dealer trade with title returned by FN (financial institution)The second is a letter from *** sent to you by certified mail confirming I sold this vehicle to ***I previously sent you the dealership paperwork from *** showing that I sold this car to ***.In this process, I was obligated to prove this car was not mine, not show you who was responsible for the chargesI have done the formerI do have a resolution with the collections agency and they agree with this data and are not going to pursue collectionIf you choose to pull this case from Puget Sound Collections and assign it to another collections agency, I will have no choice but to hire my lawyer to fight these charges to the fullest extent.with regards to me, we are done and you will not collect from meI wish I could have done more to protect other consumers from your business but hopefully this record with the Revdex.com will help some other consumer at some point down the road.***
Sincerely,
Ann ***

I am rejecting this response because:The letter from Airport/Burien correctly lists that I emailed them on June 26, 2017 but fails to mention that in this email I attached the documentation, also provided here, which proved that I sold this car to...

Kayser dealership in Sauk City, WI, in complete accordance with Wisconsin state law in 2007. Please note the only alteration I made to this document was to black out my social security number. A seller in Wisconsin is NOT required to file a report of sale/sellers report. I cannot be held responsible for compliance with a state law in a state (Washington) where my vehicle was not sold.    Burien Towing verbally agreed with me by phone, and stated while they could not remove my name from the vehicle in accordance with state law, they reassured me they would not charge me nor send me to a collections agency, acknowledging exactly what I have stated above. Unfortunately, I received no more communication from them until I was contacted by the collections agency in October of 2017. Fortunately, I have had the opportunity to work with two ethical businesses during this time, Puget Sound Collections and Kayser in Sauk City. PSC has helped me navigate this process in a responsible, ethical and helpful way that Burien Towing did not. Kayser has taken this up on my behalf and have contacted Burien/Airport towing as well as the collections agency to rid these charges from my name.    Burien/Aiport towing cites the Washington State Legislature to defend their actions. The Washington State Legislative process defines what name is listed as owner of a towed car. The Washington State Legislative process does not, however, make a business pursue collection of charges they know to be erroneous. Instead of doing the right thing, Burien Towing chose to try to make money at my expense. Quickly scanning Yelp, I am not the first to have had an unethical dealing with Burien/Airport, and I hope the Revdex.com considers this information when evaluating this business.   Sincerely, Ann Sheehy

[redacted] for airport towing is lying I got a witness that wad in the car with me my cusin. I did not want him to take my cay to his shop I wanted my car to go the place I worked. I am the paying customer and I have had serval tow truck companies tell me that [redacted] was supposed to take me where I wanted to go regardless of the weather. Plus why did he charge me 195.00 for me to get towed 12 miles when a tow truck driver by my house only charged me 130.00 for a little over 80 miles I got receipt plus tow truck driver telephone number. Originally he wanted over 200.00 I told him know that was to much. Also [redacted] did not ask the cop that night to take me back to my work. My cusin was the one who ask the cop. I asked [redacted] how me and my cusin was going to get back to my job and he said I guess you will have to walk really in tbe icey cold rain [redacted]. I think I might just have to get a lawyer involed in it. I just wish [redacted] would not lye. Even the cop knows my cusin ask not [redacted] the cop knew it was wrong what [redacted] did.
