Double Charged and will not give me a refund!
I traveled out of Atlanta over a holiday weekend and thought I should make a parking reservation to be safe. Thought I was booking directly through PreFlight but was on this site instead. Made my reservation, went on the trip, and came back with my parking receipt but there was no attendant to look at it to let me out. This parking lot only has a barcode scanner and credit card scanner to leave. I had to pay again in order to get out of the lot. Now this company will not give me my money back, they just want to give me a credit. The reality is you don't need to use them EVER. Please don't fall for the same thing I did, even on the receipt it says PreFlight not this company. I don't want a credit with them and at this point, I may never use PreFlight again either. Parking for 4 days has cost me $140.00 because of both of these companies and all they want to do is blame each other. No help for the consumer!

Too bad for me
I mistakenly paid at the lot to get out but the attendant explained that I made a mistake and paid for a second time but he provided me a receipt and told me to give it to the company I paid for the parking. He said he would give me a refund but I didn’t originally pay them. I wish I had now. This company gave me a credit toward my next parking which I will never use. If you really want to save yourself the headache reserve directly through the lot.

No Phone Number and Web Site Does Not Function Properly
My wife and I made separate reservations to park at EZ Air Park without knowing that the other had done it. I was advised by EZ Air Park that AirportParkingReservations.com, Inc., hit us with a $6 service charge per reservation at that I could make the reservation directly with EZ Park without a service charge. I canceled both reservations through the form on the APR.com, Inc., webpage in a timely manner (within 24 hours). I never received a confirmation of either cancelation and tried in vain to access the company through its contact page. Each time I put in the information requested it stated that I had invalid characters and my contact request could not be submitted. I note from other reviews that I am not the only one giving a 1 star review to this company. I am amazed that anyone deals with them.
