Airriba Heating and Air was assigned by my Home Warranty company to repair my air conditioning. After not showing up the first time he was scheduled, he showed up the second time. He said he needed to order a part and bypassed the original problem, saying he would come back. We called him at least three times, the first two he would not return a call. The third time he said he would be back within a week. Four months later, he still has not returned to finish the repair. The Home Warranty company is reassigning the claim and filing a complaint against this company.
