I have used Airriffic in the past 2019, 2021 and 2023. Justin cleans 90 dryer vents in our condo complex. He has always done an excellent job. He also replaces dryer vents covers each year as needed. This year 2023 he replaced some covers but has not completed all since June 2023. He has been paid in full since June. I have left numerous voicemails without any response from him. He has totally ignored all messages I’ve left. I would not use this vendor again for that reason. I really don’t understand why he has let our association down.

Jimmy came out to do dryer vent cleaning, which was long overdue. He arrived early and did the work in only about a half hour. He was polite and respectful. He shared a lot of good information about the company's equipment and the cleaning process. I was very pleased with the service and the cost.
