Greetings,We in fact delivered these disks on March 25th just a few days after the promised delivery date. Unfortunately we we're delayed by the manufacturer who was unable to deliver the disks to us on the promised date.During the same time we as a course of business due to growth we're
also moving our offices to a larger location.We had been promised our phones and Internet services would be installed prior to our move in date, however they weren't for nearly two weeks after our move in date.This unfortunately caused some aggravation to both our clients and to us, and we worked to resolve it as quickly as possible.We have since spoken with MrWallace and he is actually quite pleased and has no complaintHe understood the problems and received his product very close to the promised date.He said he would speak with you and let you know that everything had been resolved but hadn't received any further communication from you.We spoke again today and he reassured us he is very happy with us and has no complaint at allIf you will contact him he will confirm thisThank You.

Great customer service is very important to us and has built our company and reputation and we we're just as upset about this situation as Mr*** was.During the same time we as a course of business due to growth we're also moving our offices to a larger location.
