We told him we would not wait that long for a $gunHe then told us that they don't refund "used" guns, yet it never functioned out of the boxWe would still have to wait another days for processing of a refund, and would be charged a re stocking feeWe were told when purchasing the gun, they would stand behind their products, yet we have been getting the run around
