Sent my gun in on september 25. Selected 7-10 day full service. Ladies and Gentlemen i'm not pleased to announce that you all know full well it is january 9, 2015, almost four entire months later. These people do not answer calls, and almost never reply to emails. they tried to charge me $125.00 to fix my gun, with some ** overseas shipping parts [redacted] and a low order charge, but the part I needed was right on my manufacturers website (KWA) for 12 bucks. I just wanted them to install it. I told them this in an email and they havent responded in literally MONTHS. idk what i'g going to do at this point. SUE? Drive 6 hours to go get it? NEVER EVER EVER USE THEIR PITIFULL AND PATHETIC SERVICES THAT ARE BLATANT LIES. the end
