We charge a restocking fee on returned products and this is stated in our policy which is posted at the entrance of the store and at the
checkout counter The restocking fee covers the costs associated with processing returns Every product we sell is covered by a warranty unless explicitly stated We would have been happy to replace the airsoft gun you returned with a brand new one at no charge
It is unfair to other customers for us to make an exception and offer a full refund However, since there appears to have been some misunderstanding about the policy I can offer a store credit for the restocking fee you were chanrged and an additional $credit for your trouble for a total of $ This has already been applied to your in-store account

This has already been applied to your in-store account.
