I purchased Deepfire airsoft guns through Airsplat website because of deep discountsWalked into the retail store to exchange or return but there was no manager with the authority to perform these transactionsReturned to the store a second time to no manager yet again, but now since days have passed since purchase no return or exchange can be performedCustomer service is nil, worst airsoft retail experience

Airsplat was my business for airsoft goodsThey simply have the best prices of any airsoft site and the best varietyI spent about 5-dollars at airsplat through the years, so you'd think they'd value me as a customerI went on their site and they had a deal listed where the customer gets a free product with the purchase of $or more other productsI added it to my cart and made my purchaseWhen my debit card was charged, it had an $additional charge for the 'free' productI contacted them repeatedly and they refused to acknowledge that their product had ever been listed as freeI went on their website and there was no record of the sale ever existingSomeone clearly made a mistake with their website design and the company refused to accept that it was their mistakeThe order came in and the invoice was the original order's invoice, with the promotional product listed as $At this point, I went to my banking company because airsplat had repeatedly denied to remove the $charge from my debit cardMy bank contacted airsplat, and even after faxing them the evidence of their mistake, they refused to actAt that point, my bank determined that the company was in the wrong and got visa to credit my account for the $I ended up with the deal I was promised, but not because of airsplat, because of *** *** outstanding customer serviceSince airsplat totally ignores a customer who had previously spent a large amount of money on their website, I don't recommend shopping with themThis issue cannot be resolved by free stuff or by the company paying $to visa because the issue came from negligence, denial, and mistreatment of a customerFor more details, please contact me at ***@nc.rr.com

Customer service is nil, worst airsoft retail experience.
