*** is no longer an Airtex customer and their new fuel pump supplier assumed all warranties, labor claims, etcWhen *** was our customer, we had a process in place to address these types of claims, however it must begin by filing a labor claim at ***, not the vendorI recommend they contact *** to begin this processThank you

conversation/email, he was advised that the warranty period was 1 year and he was at the 18 month point in the life of this product. If it were a few weeks or a month past the waranty period, we would have been happy to assist the customer with his problem, but 6 months out is beyond the period that we can offer assistance. He has also been unable to provide a location of purchase or any type of receipt for purchase of the unit. Thank you.
