The equipment provided, Bryant, is not the problem Customer service is It took from 7/12/to 9/29/to completely resolve issues connected with the installation During that + month time, several unreturned calls were made to the company to seek clarification of needed part and later the resolution of two violations pertaining to installation Whenever a representative was reached, the usual response was "ok" or "we will get back to you." There was never an apology for delays nor assurance that the company would certainly take care of the problem Perhaps the initial contact (sales?) didn't communicate size of unit needed nor our furnace was propane Many instances could be cited The bottom line is the very poor customer service and follow through of concerns and requests I wiould not recommend this company

I had a negative experience with AIRTIME A/C due to its business practice of submitting my name to Wells Fargo who issued me an unwanted credit card approved for $12k at 29% interesteven though I didn't do business with AIRTIME and specifically said that I wouldn't deal with Wells Fargo
Home Advisor put me in contact with AIRTIME A/C to repair my leaking home A/COn 10/7/16, Instead of repair, their salesman did a hard sell for a complete and expensive new A/C system, I signed an "application for a credit check." Great Company! My AC went out and they came out on a Sunday to make sure we didn't go a day without ACGreat service and quality work

I started having air conditioner troubles after I have already replaced the fan, fan motor and several capacitors. I called AirTime and they came out the same day, identified several issues including mold in my handler. I asked them the cost to replace my unit and they found a great product within my budget, installed the next morning. In the interim, I wasn't without a/c for more than a couple of hours and now have a fantastic unit pushing cold air throughout my house. They were professional, always answered my questions and I couldn't be more pleased with their services.

August 2014 Airtime sold us a 3.5 ton air conditioner, which they told us was what our home needed vice the original 2.5 ton AC unit which was no longer working.
One year later, our AC evaporator began to ice up causing water to accumulate under the air handler.
The Airtime tech told us that our ducting in the attic was not large enough to handle a 3.5 ton AC unit. Why was I not told that this could happen when they sold us the larger unit? They are the professionals in this area! We are told that it would take 2 days and that they could start in two days. Airtime did offer to pay for a hotel room, however, we opted to take the 2 portable AC units they also offered to provide. The attic ducting removal and replacement only took about 6 hours; however, when our 3.5 ton AC unit was activated, within a hour we had water building up under the air handler again! Airtime sent out a tech that blew out the drain line and the water dripping from the evaporator temporarily stopped. I confronted the owner personally and he offered to send Airtimes best tech the next day and we negotiated to give us four year free bi annual inspections. The tech replaced the all the drain lines and inspected the attic ducting, which he reported to be correctly installed.
Two months have passed [redacted] no issues.
Our entire home environment has definitely improved as it is the same temperature thru -out vice the back bedrooms being warmer then the rest of our home.
Air Time techs should have told us that we would need to replace our attic ducting when they installed the 3.5 ton AC unit.
After 14 months and $14,000 our home's environment is comfortable and enjoyable.
