On October I paid a $deposit to have a screen done on my son's phoneWhen I went to get the service completed they had moved from the location in Burlington to the Greensboro store I was not aware that they would be moving so I asked for my deposit back so that I could get it done at a closer storeThe Associate made me aware that I would have to bring my debit card to the store in order to get my money refundedOn December 12th I was finally able to make my way to the Greensboro store to take them my cardon that day I was given a ticket noted that I was to be given a refundThe associate took down my card information and stated that my refund should be put in at the end of the day I still received no refund for daysSo on December 21st, I returned to the store inquiring about my refund again I was told it would be posted at the end of that dayNot even minutes after being in the store I received a notification from my bank that $had been taken from my acc
Went to retailer on March 3rd in to order a Samsung Galaxy screen and receive servicesSales person responded and told me, they must order the part and money was due for half the amount of $I paid $with the promise that the part would be in Tuesday, March 6th at the latestReceived no phone call so phone call was made on Tuesday, March 3rd to inquireSales associate informed me there was a delay and now the part wouldn't be in until Friday, March 9thPart came in on March 9th but are unable to service my phone until a later dateWhen I asked for a refund on the part because they have not conducted business in an appropriate manner, they refusedI have not received the part, the refund or any level of customer service that would have been appropriate for this business or interaction
