The company did contact me and and offer to refund the $ I went to my bank today and was
told a reverse charge has not yet been submitted for that amount I will will be happy to withdraw the complaint once the reverse charge can be verified That's all I want In the meantime the bank cancelled my card
Hi Team,We accept there is an issue in our organization for refund processLet me explain : we are sub agent of consolidator (flight ticket supplier) who provides us flight tickets, now for all new booking/refund we have request to consolidatorIf there is any communication gap the refund process
is badly effectedIn this case one of our agent who was following for refund, has left organization without handing informationApart from this I found one more similar case.To resolve this issue we have issued full refund $check dated 01/17/2017, check numbe* *** It should reach customer within 3-days. Also communicated to customer.We request to customer to accept our sincerely apology and take back Revdex.com complaint after receiving refund amount.For future reference we are working hard to fix this kind of issue and make sure there is no such case comes again.
