AirTron does not care for their customersIn order to replace a part under the manufacturers warranty they want to charge $to come out firstThe cost of my tune up was less with another companyAnd the cost of the part was less than the charge to come to the houseThis company is terribleNot to mention the poor installation job they did requiring me to have to spend thousands to replace it! And they won't make it right! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Airtron is my builder's HVAC company. My home is a new home and not even 1 year old. My airconditioner was blowing hot air and we have been without air conditioner for last two days.
Its been a emergency request with Aitron. First time when I called in the night, there was nobody to pick up . Left a voice mail. This is fine. But there is not response from Airtron next day morning. So I called them again. They scheduled a technician. He came in the evening at around 5 PM and found that the whole unit was frozen. He could not fix it and shut the unit down. He said he will comeback in the morning. Nobody turned up nexday morning. We called them again. The customer service representative is worse than auto anserwing maching. For whatever you ask, she gives the same response "Your call is scheduled for today",. Even the auto answering machine would try to understand and give a different response. It is afternoon now. So far, they are not able to tell when the tecchnician would come. I am not sure what is meaning of "Emergency" for these people. The service is really bad and I don't recommend these people to my friends. It is Friday today and I am not sure it will be resolved today. My home has just 1 Unit of AC and its been hard to live with kids in the house with 95-100+ degree temps without air conditioner. But these people don't seem to understand.

And the cost of the part was less than the charge to come to the house. This company is terrible. Not to mention the poor installation job they did requiring me to have to spend thousands to replace it! And they won't make it right! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

My builder had a tie up with Airtron, so had to deal with them on Warranty. I had called them for an emergency the HVAC broke, wov what a worse, rude customer service we had to go through. Even though it's a emergency, they scheduled to come and check after 3 days. All technician are booked. Then what does it mean emergency.
Technician came and found the compressor blew away, so had to order new one and promised to replace it next day.
I called the customer service next to Check, again had to go through the rude people. To my surprise they informed that it will take another 2 days to come and install. What? I asked is there any other option. Reply was " yes you can wait 3 days instead of 2 days" how rude is that?

Worst customer service. Please stay away.
