We sell two type of capacitors. One is a generic, imported capacitor for $246.00 which includes overhead costs of...

running a business with 200 employees, 150 vehicles, the part, labor to install and money set aside to replace the capacitor should it go bad during the warranty period. Due to the dissmal failure rates of the imported capacitors, we have chosen to not sell them anymore unless absolutely neccessary. We have switched to the Turbo brand of capacitor which are American made and comes with a 5 year parts warranty. We feel this is a better product for our customers and our warranty costs..The Turbo capacitor with the above costs of running the business ,are priced at $299.00. Because this capacitor is installed at the [redacted] residence, we are not willing to refund the $175.00 requested. With that said, we are willing to let the [redacted]s keep the better capacitor and refund the difference in cost of the less expensive brand and the Turbo. This cost difference is $53.00. .

Airtron is very sorry for any inconvenience that we caused the [redacted]'s. It took several trips to their home to finally locate a refrigerant leak on their new system. We are confident that the problem has been resolved. Although we are not willing to meet their demand of $20,000, we are willing...
