I am appalled by the conduct of both agent who sets up the appointment on the phone and technician who visited to examine our A/CThey were sent by American Home ShieldOn the day of service we got a call from Airtronics that their technician has left ( that she asked him to leave) because no one is in the house and demanded that I paid up the $acess feeWhile on the phone, I managed to open the door to get the tech to come back as he was going to drive off for the Friday afternoon, about near 5pm
The tech arrived late , without knocking on the door he wanted to leave after ring I ng the non working bellWhen he finally got in , within less than minute, he was ready to leave! He just said he could not fix the problem and that we needed to get another technicianHe did not explain that his company will call to schedule another appointmentdays later, I got a call from Airtronics , to say that their technician has arrived but no one in the houseI told her I knew nothing about this 2nd appointment and if she can rebook.She said no and was v rude to me and then asked me to wait, she kept me waiting for a long time and then the phone discontinued
I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AND WILL TELL MY FRIENDS NEVER TO EVEN THINK ABOUT HAVING THEM EVEN THROUGH AMERICAN HOME SHIELDAirtronics' workers are UNRELIABLE!!
