I very rarely have the time or the inclination to write reviews about my experiences with businesses I have encountered as a customer Airway Health in Milton is the exception
My requirements were a little complex I was in need of a CPAC machine and mask since my original one was almost five years old and desperately needed replacingI was not sleeping and resting and felt very uncomfortableMy old machine and mask were not usable any longer and I went to Airway Health in Milton
I was surprised to get a very quick appointment and meet with Tia M From the moment we talked, I felt comfortable and in good hands OHIP will only pay for a replacement once every five years, therefore, I rented a CPAC machine and mask for a few months This gave me an opportunity to get to know the new products and clarify which machine and mask would be best suited for my condition
Tia was a great resource and helped me follow the OHIP guidelines correctly After doing my overnight study and receiving a new prescription, I was ready to purchase my new machine and mask
I would like to thank Tia for the friendly, professional and invaluable help I received My machine is very easy to use and my mask is comfortable and fits perfectly
I can now look forward to a great night's sleep and would not hesitate to recommend Airway Health in Milton to my friends and family
