Review: On October *, 2015, My husband [redacted] checked in to the Airway inn. He checked out October *,2015 and at that time checked in to a different hotel in another city. Eldon the manager has refused to get back with us despite the fact that he charged our Card for two nights. We disputed this with the credit card company but thus far have gotten nowhere. Eldon produced a statement to the credit card company show a two night stay but to no surprise, it had no signature. This is because Robert did not stay two nights. We provided proof that he checked in to the other hotel and that he was in another city but have still been unable to obtain a refund. I know that this charge was intentionally made and I would like to press charges if possible. I have been robbed from by this company and they need to be exposed before doing this to someone else.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of 168.74 which is the amount of the second night charge. We were charged for two nights and did properly check out of the hotel the following morning.
