Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10942331, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, at the time of the purchase this was not the discussion we had (as to how it worked). The discussion was in fact that if there is an issue to bring the car in and they would repair or replace it accordingly (nothing about an authorization form, etc.). If a customer is expected to read each and every piece of paper when purchasing a new car and then take those contracts to an attorney for review, the process would take 2 weeks. In addition, after the incident happened we did call the business, Nissan headquarters, and another Nissan dealer. No one would do anything would do anything without the authorization. In the end, Nissan North America called us and resolved the issue.

Response:Customer was sold a tire and wheel contract. The policy is backed by [redacted] not Nissan. If the customer would have called us we would have taken care of this issue asap. Customer was given a contract with the phone number for claims. It is for road hazards for 5 years. We are...
calling the customer first thing in the morning 11/17/2015. If the customer goes to any dealership or tire facility the have to call the 1-800 number to open a claim, If the dealership doesn't accept the claim customer would pay in full and get a refund check in the mail. please have the customer call us. Thank You [redacted]
