In my previous response I submitted an explanation of any crush ***s It states that this is correctable and not a manufacturing defectCarpet Depot is willing to turn this claim over to the manufacturerThe warranty of the carpet goes through the manufacturer The manufacturer will send out an independent inspector to check for defects if this is agreeable to MsRezaie It is unlawful to remove the carpet from the home with paying for itOur contract clearly states that, " Title to said property shall not pass to purchaser until said purchase price is paid in full."
