[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The owner of the company called me, threatening and harassing me times yesterday evening I repeatedly asked him to stop calling and threatening me He continued I have recorded messages of me asking him to stop calling me and harassing me This morning a judge granted a Peace order against the owner of the company prohibiting him from contacting me or threatening further harm against myself or my property.I am attaching one of the call recordings proving that I asked him to stop threatening or calling me yet he continued There are many other recordings like this one This is not the way an customer should be treated especially since the owner decided to bait and switch the price from the agreed-upon price of $ I am also attaching a screenshot from my phone showing that the owner called times He actually continued to call this is just the number of missed callsI am in fear of my life with this company and its owner Regards, [redacted]

In response to the complaint filed by [redacted] here is the whole story so proper judgment and a fair outcome can achieved[redacted] call us at 1:PM on 10/27/to inquire about the price for a chimney sweep We are a husband and wife team, not a big company so we use a third party answering service to help handle the calls that we are unable to handleThe answering service company employees also answers the phone for others family business [redacted] ***'s call was one the calls the went to our answering serviceUnlucky enough the answering service employee (who also answers the phone for other small business) gave him the wrong price at first, she said $ instead of the price of $ for chimney sweep serviceBy the way: we don't serve his area, another mistake from the answering the service.After the answering service books a job and sends my wife test message right the wayIf she sees a mistake she calls back right the way because we know that the sooner the better to prevent upsetting a customer.This has happens before and every time the customer said ok and confirmed the appointment or just canceled it.So- this is important, just minutes later, MINUTES later! my wife call [redacted] to advise him of the mistakeThe answer from [redacted] was " I don't care, it's your mistake now you honor the price!" My wife try to reason and [redacted] very rudely kept saying repeated times " are you going to honer the $ 69,not? Are you going to honor the $ or not? He was very rude the entire timeand said demanding " you will be at my house on the date of the appointment and you you honor the price" and hang up on her.My wife called crying because not everybody can take rudeness well, specially since she thought she was doing the right thing so she was also offended[redacted] demanded talking to the owner, so at night when I got home from work I called him "and he was quick to cut me off and as" are you going to honor the $ 69? are you gong to honor the $ 69?"I tried to explain the $ chimney sweep doesn't exist in any service businessWhy would anybody even think anyone can deploy trucks and employees for a service for $ I would be paying out of my pocked to send a truck and employees to drive hours (both ways) plus hour cleaning a chimney That's labor hours, plus fuel and overhead!I didn't even was given a chance to take and explains that we don't even service chimney in his area since we are about hour away each way[redacted] true motivation is the "Gotcha!" moment: _ You make a mistake, you looseAnd he wants to use the opportunity to take advantageHe is accusing us of bait & switchBait and switch is when you advertise a coupon at an unreasonable low price just to up sell at the day of the work.His words; " But they later called and said that unless I agree to pay $for the cleaning, they were not going to show up on the agreed upon dayThis is Bait and Switch" We didn't advertise any coupons, we didn't wait more than minutes to call back! Where is the bait and switch???? [redacted] could have said "you know what, you guys are disorganized and don't to do business with you! or "your price is to expensive for me, forget it".In my opinion his using Revdex.com to extort from us because he thinks we are big company and he can use a little screw up for his advantage.Question: why does he insists that we come out and do a man hour job for $ 69? The owner of the company called me, threatening and harassing me 46 times yesterday evening.  I repeatedly asked him to stop calling and threatening me.  He continued.  I have recorded messages of me asking him to stop calling me and harassing me.  This morning a judge granted a Peace order against the owner of the company prohibiting him from contacting me or threatening further harm against myself or my property.I am attaching one of the call recordings proving that I asked him to stop threatening or calling me yet he continued.  There are many other recordings like this one.  This is not the way an customer should be treated especially since the owner decided to bait and switch the price from the agreed-upon price of $69.  I am also attaching a screenshot from my phone showing that the owner called 36 times.  He actually continued to call this is just the number of missed calls. I am in fear of my life with this company and its owner.

use a third party answering service to help  handle the calls that we are unable to handle. The answering service company employees also answers the phone for 200 others family business.
 [redacted]'s call was one the calls the went to our answering service. Unlucky enough the answering service employee (who also answers the phone for 200 other small business)  gave him  the wrong price at first, she said $ 69  instead of the price of $ 159 for chimney sweep service. By the way: we don't serve his area, another mistake from the answering the service.
After the answering service books a job and sends my wife test message right the way. 
If she sees a mistake she calls back right the way because we know that the sooner the better to prevent upsetting a customer.
This has happens before and every time the customer said ok and confirmed the appointment or just canceled it.
So... - this is important,  just  5 minutes later, 5 MINUTES later!  my wife call [redacted] to advise him  of the mistake.

I tried to explain the $ 69 chimney sweep  doesn't exist in any service business. Why would anybody even think anyone can deploy trucks and employees for a service for $ 69. I would be paying out of my pocked to send a truck and 2 employees to drive 2 hours (both ways) plus 1 hour cleaning a chimney.  That's 6 labor hours, plus fuel and overhead!
I didn't even was given a chance to take and explains that we don't even service chimney in his area since we are about 1 hour away each way.
