Review: Attempted to fix a problem with my car's starter. Claimed the starter was bad. He removed the part then claimed not to have one available until the next day. I had wasted the whole day with him and asked him to put it back together. He did not put it back together correctly and ended up costing me an extra $200 when I had the work performed at the dealership. The mechanic at the dealership stated that [redacted] at AIS did not know what he was doing and should have never touched the intake manifold to replace a starter. Also the starter itself was repairable, costing only $79 in parts not the $342 [redacted] had quoted me.When I called [redacted] to request a refund he said I was wasting his time and hung up.Desired Settlement: I would like the $200 refunded I paid Allen Schnurr at AIS Services.
