The customer had hair braided, love the hair and called back after two weeks and said she wanted her hair fixedI thought it will be ten to twenty minutes workShe arrived late around seven o'clock pm when the shop closes and wanted her hair cut shorter and fix which will take one hourNo braider
was availableMyself I had to go somewhereI asked her to come back the next dayShe begged that she came from far awayFinally, one of my braider told the customer to wait when she finish, she will try to help herThe braider finished and find out she could not help because what the customer was asking she did not want to mess her hair upThe customer called me back when I was still on my way to where I was going and explained to me what happenedI felt bad for her but honestly, she did not wait for five hoursI apologized and try to make it wright, but she said your people waisted my time and I will waist your time tooI said I alway treat you good but she said your people represent youThis is my side of the story and will comply with any outcome of the Revdex.comSincerely,Assita T***

I am sorry for every minute that you waisted in my shop. This shouldn't happen, if I was in the shop. I am willing to pay you the amount that you requested. I value you business and I don't want to be doing the back and forth with you. Concerning the cash business that you talked about, I am not the only business that takes only cash. I used to have a credit card machine, but because of the higher fees I cut it off. I am not doing any shoddy business as you think. I give receit to people that ask for it I declare my revenue every year and pay taxes for it. My business is in compliance with the Office of Tax and Revenue.
