Review: I purchased a polaroid tablet model A7x. I am not happy with it. I have tried to contact them both by phone and on the internet. I have been on hold for over an hour each time then cut off. Trying the internet I also am put on hold and wait an interminable abount of time with no success. I want to return this tablet but cannot return it to the store where I bought it. I have to contact them. I am having no success. I have tried many times.Desired Settlement: I wish to return this tablet to wherever and receive a credit on my credit card. Thank you

Review: This is a warranty repair centre. I mailed a defective item to them to be repaired. The business was closed. The post office left a notice for them to arrange redelivery. The post office said they were not contacted. I tried to contact AIT, Inc by email and by phone to arrange redelivery of the item. The item is worth $20 retail - defective mp3 player. They never replied to my email. Their email is [redacted]. Their phone number is ###-###-####. I have tried at least 20 times over the past week to reach them by phone as well and I can never get an operator. It just rings busy all the time.Desired Settlement: Have them contact post office to arrange redelivery of the item. Bush terminal post office ###-###-####. Delivery confirmation no. is [redacted]. But it probably is too late now (they only keep the packages for redelivery for 15 days, the attempt to deliver notice was left at their office onMay **) because they have missed the deadline. I am now without a mp3 player which I paid $20 for and lost $5 in postage and delivery confirmation. I just want my money back or a repaired mp3 player model no. Polaroid PMP120-4 4 GB USB 2.0 MP3 Digital Media Player. I still have the receipt of purchase if that is needed.
