*** ***The response from ritz camera is not correct ALL baby photos that contained nudity were cut to remove genitals Some of the images had been scanned at home prior to sending to ritz and show the entire photo...proving they were not cut when sent to ritz

We understand the reason for the customer's rejection of our answer but respectfully disagree with the customer contention that the photos were altered while in our careThis is not a complaint that we have ever experienced and goes entirely against our policyBecause it is impossible to ascertain when the photos were cut and, again, we have never before encountered this issue with another customer, we maintain that the photos were not marred in our careWe apologize for any inconvenience that the customer experienced and appreciate their business

*** * *** *** We regret that this customer had a negative experience while having their photos scanned with usOur store policy is never to alter a customer’s photos in any manner whatsoever, and so long as any nudity contained in photos is not illegal, we will scan or print the image
as the customer requestsWe have never before received such a complaint about a customer’s images being cut and our store policies, as previously stated, do not permit our employees to alter customer images in such a wayRegrettably, it is impossible to ascertain when the images were cut but it is important to note that there still many baby photos that had not been cutIt seems unlikely, then, that this was an instance of targeted editing on our staff’s part, as many images had not been thusly edited. Again, we regret this customer’s negative experience with us and appreciate their businessWe look forward to completing many orders for them in the future, if they wish to employ our services
