I called to have my washer repairedThe tech called me as requested however I had to be at a last minute funeral so I gave him the name of my foreman (as I am doing some renovation)I then got a call later on to ask me how I wanted to settle the accountThe lady told me that I needed a new washer and that the service call was about $but would be credited if I bought a new washer from the companyWhen I came home there was the same water inside of the washer and none of the panels looked like they had been openedThe next day I got another call form Derek M*** who gave me a quote for the cheapest of their washerThe cost including delivery minus the $service fee was $so in fact it would be $which retails for $at Home depotI did not feel good about this at all so I called another technician who replaced the belt, charged me $for the service callI think this was a bait and switch! Bad business

I called to have my washer repaired. The tech called me as requested however I had to be at a last minute funeral so I gave him the name of my foreman (as I am doing some renovation). I then got a call later on to ask me how I wanted to settle the account. The lady told me that I needed a new washer and that the service call was about $100 but would be credited if I bought a new washer from the company.
When I came home there was the same water inside of the washer and none of the panels looked like they had been opened.
The next day I got another call form Derek M[redacted] who gave me a quote for the cheapest of their washer. The cost including delivery minus the $100 service fee was $544.32 so in fact it would be $644.32 which retails for $404 at Home depot.
I did not feel good about this at all so I called another technician who replaced the belt, charged me $50 for the service call. I think this was a bait and switch! Bad business.
