I purchased a 1967 Fastback Mustang that was advertised as in perfect running condition, that was meticulously restored with no mechanical issues.
11/20/17 Purchase Date
Sales Rep; ***
12/15/17 Problem Date, Car did not run or was able to unload out of delivery van
1967 Mustang Fastback GT500
Purchase Price $57,000
Payment Method; Money Transfer
When I read the description of this car as advertised it was really nice and in running condition. The photos of the care were very specific and there was also a video of the car showing it running. My conversations with the Owner were pleasant and was stated that the car was in great running condition and was restored over a 2 year period.

Once I received the car, it was not ever able to drive off the delivery van. The clutch linkage was on the ground. I got the car off the van, had a mechanic come out and get the linkage attached and immediately drove the car down to my Mustang Mechanic.

After 17 months of repairing the car at a total cost of $14,730.44, the car is running correctly.

List of Repairs to Car
New Engine Mounts
Exhaust Leak repair, New Exhaust Manifoldss

New Clutch Linkage
New Electrical Rewiring Complete Car
Repaired Leaking Oil Gauge
New Ignition and Engine Tuneup
Repair to Brake Assembly's
New Rear Suspension

Trunk and Both Door Repairs and Upgrades

I am completely disappointed in the manner in which this company represented themselves and the length at which the presented the product. I understood there was risk, but I asked all the correct questions about the car and there response was, "The car is in perfect running conditions that has been restored as advertised".

I believe that this is complete false advertising and should be corrected. I have read other complaints about this company and I appears that I am not only one that has been cheated and lied to. I hope this will at least prevent them for continuing to steal future customers of there dream of owning a restore car. *** W.

Desired Outcome

I would like AJ *** to reimburse the repair costs of $14,730.44. That is the cost to make this car as it was described in the advertisement.

AJ Auto Master Response • Jun 04, 2019

I am sorry for your experience and the extra cost you have encountered. The car was in running and driving condition prior to leaving and the driver who picked up the vehicle can confirm this as it was driven unto the truck. This car was sold out of state and therefore could not be given any warranty which was stipulated in the contract. Any repairs needed prior to sale could have been addressed and accomplished locally prior to leaving, but as stipulated the car was running and driving. I have the documents but due to privacy laws cannot be shared publicly.

Customer Response • Jun 06, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
No, it is very unfortunate that people are running a business that takes advantage of others trusting in what is stated. There response to my complaint is exactly what I had expected, that's the way they represent themselves which is evident on past reviews of their companies performance with other customers.

They are correct, the car was running and in driving condition, but what does that really mean. When you pay $57,000 dollars for a restored 1967 mustang, you expect it to be in perfect running condition. And yes they drove it onto the truck, but it's what was discovered after receiving the car they are not taking responsibility for. Once again, as I stated in my original wording and questions asked during the purchase, "the car was in great condition and the Owner personally stated this when asked, it runs great and can be driven".

I would not be having this conversation if everything that was communicated was the truth. I have submitted the receipt of the repairs needed to actually drive this car and not have it towed every time I drive it. When the car was delivered to me in Sacramento, I got it started by having a mechanic come to my house and spend 3 hours getting the clutch linkage reconnected and motor started and I then immediately drove it over to my Mustang Mechanic. It took 17 months to repair this vehicle in order to be able to actually drive without major problems.

I would hope that the Revdex.com posts this response and that by making my experience made public it will at least warn others about how mistrusting AJ Auto Masters are in misleading customers out of making there dreams come true in purchasing a vintage automobile.

Customer Response • Jun 17, 2019

I would hope that the Revdex.com is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint and that they will grade or score this business accordingly. It is very unfortunate that business's like this exist and are allowed to present themselves in such an untrusting manner. The Owner of this business is not trust worthy and I hope this information is a warning to those who attempt to purchase a vehicle for AJ Auto Master.

AJ Auto Master Response • Jun 17, 2019

As stipulated before, I am sorry for your experience and the extra cost you have encountered. We cannot warrant repairs with a mechanic out of state or out of the country and that is why the car is sold without warranties. Repairs needed prior to sale could have been addressed and accomplished locally prior to leaving.

Car sold was nothing like described on email and on pictures
Following a visit to meet the owners of A J auto master sales and a look at some of their cars they had for sale, We bought a 1966 Mustang Fastback car in September for $29055 and although we did not go to view the car as we were back in UK we were assured the car was a good runner and a good clean car with a clean title. We have many emails and WhatsApp messages and pictures claiming the great condition and running of this car. We paid the deposit and then paid the balance. We even had some extra work done. We were recommended to use CFR Rinkens to transport to uk. However after we paid we heard nothing. We continually called and emailed but nothing. Eventually we got a reply and that we were just awaiting in the title and works to be complete. Another long silent wait but eventually the car was taken to CFR. The car did not arrive until end of January and was nothing like the sales description. It did not run. It had a damaged rear axle so not road worthy due to shoddy welding. There were lots of other welding issues. Wires hanging out under the dashboard side. No air con and no working windows. Paint work was not great as described and the wheels were actually too large for the vehicle and caused the bumper to split both ends and crack. I have photos to support all the issues and photos of the car I should have received along with the commentary selling it as a really good car. The car is going to cost £8000 to make road worthy and as described at point of sale.
I see from other complaints that they clearly do not want to accept any liability and I have emailed and telephoned several times. No reply. I then found an ad with another company and when I telephoned *** answered and then hung up. I have since been unable to get a reply or answer. I am happy to supply sale photos and descriptions and the photos of all he welding issues and damages following a full
Inspection in the uk

Desired Outcome

I would like to have £5000 reimbursed to me as this is the cost of works to be done to get this car to the standard advertised and the standard we thought were buying g from the correspondance we received from AJ auto master sales

AJ Auto Master Response • Mar 16, 2019

On August 1st 2018, *** and her husband contacted us via email stating the following:
"We are on holiday from UK and have viewed many mustangs around Orlando/Miami over the last 10 days - but have not found the right one. I tried to make an enquiry to you through auto trader but it would not allow my English mobile number.
We are staying on Hollywood beach - I believe around 40 minutes from you ? Would it be possible to view the cars tomorrow afternoon and also do you ship to the UK ? We are very interested in the black one and also the red one you have advertised. Thank you in advance ***"

*** and her husband came to see the cars I had available and liked two of our cars but claimed they were back and forth between purchasing because of color conflicts between each other, but clearly the Quality of the cars were never an issue as they contacted me sometime around September to purchase another car. Her husband asked me to facetime to see the cars I had available. He spent about 1/2 hour looking at every detail of the car he was interested in and agreed to purchase the car after the facetime. They purchased this car because it was equivalent to the cars they had seen prior and it was exactly what they were looking for.

They also contacted CFR directly. The delay with CFR was not because my company, CFR Miami was transitioning mangers and *** would not receive call or email back from them. When they contacted me to help them, I was able to get someone to return their call and the process going. Car was also inspected by CFR and they have record that this car was running and driving.

Customer Response • Mar 18, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Firstly I never mentioned we were disappointed with what we saw. The cars we originally viewed whilst in Miami were simply just not what we could agree on. So when back in the UK asked *** and Edy to source us a Fastback.

Secondly we did FaceTime but certainly not for half and hour and it was not close up. And to be honest if you see the car we have compared to the pictures sent you would not believe it was the same vehicle and they certainly did not lay down under the car to show us what a shambolic mess it was. So as it goes we were clearly taken in by what we saw at the house however we did not look underneath these in detail either and the sunshine certainly pictures things well along with a good angle hence us thinking the car was a good standard along with their text messages confirming the good clean car and great runner.

Thirdly - we notified them of the management change of *** nolte from CFR and of the new contact. The reason I got somewhere through CFR is because I emailed their president with an official complaint but the main issue for us was the car was not taken to CFR and the title not delivered to them in a timely manner as *** and Edy had suffered a bereavement and been out of town. We empathised with this but the timescales promised were not adhered to. At no point did *** handle this for me. I did this alone. She had no intervention with CFR at all.

Fourthly the vehicle is as the pictures I have uploaded - and in no way correlate with the pictures of the car sent to sell to us.
If potential purchasers are doing their homework before buying from these people as we did - then just read through any historical correspondance which you will find under any searches of AJ AUTOMASTER Classic Mustangs Pembroke Pines. You will see a clear pattern forming with disgruntled buyers and the responses in which *** gives. Well, we can't all be saying the same thing from all around the world. we questioned *** on the Facebook page and the terrible reviews and complaints but were given a different version of the stories. Similar to all the ones you will read and assured the vehicle was fine. She even said - I am hardly going to rip you off you have been to my house you know where I live! Well yes we do. A gated community with security guards calling ahead to allow you to gain entry without a resident permit ! Unfortunately we did not go with our instinct and the facts, we let ourselves be fooled by the lack of integrity of this business. The car they sold was not the car fhey described. They also changed advertising companies too and whether it was a coincidence or because I told them I would contact autotrader to inform them of a rogue trader. They then used Hemmings but not under the name of AJ AUTOMASTER but under *** with a different telephone number which I called and as soon as I mentioned my name they hung up. They do not currently have anything advertised with this company either as I have made contact with Hemmings . They only found them in their system through the name *** and Pembroke Pines and not AJ AUTOMASTER. They have escalated all photos and details to their advertising team

We tried to call and they hung up on us. We called from a different number and they answered and hung up. It's amazing how they can defend a complaint as it affects their reputation but they cannot reply to emails and WhatsApp messages and telephone calls.

There is a clear issue here with all complaints and a clear response of them blaming the buyer and creating false information in their replies to clear their name and business of any wrong doing. This is shameful to take people's honest money u see false pretences

Customer Response • Apr 26, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The facts are the car we did not view but were sent pictures of, after full uk inspection is unsatisfactory and in no way depicts that described. It needs extensive works and as for being sold as a good runner doesn't run and as the rear axle has been so badly welded is not even roadworthy. I am in fear that this is turning into tit for tat now so as the bigger person I am standing down. My aim was to ensure no other purchaser fell for the sales pitch and hospitality we were afforded only to have their dream and it become a financial burden. The pictures loaded of this car work for themselves regardless of whether I could decide on colour !

AJ Auto Master Response • May 15, 2019

As mentioned, we offered inspection of all our cars and they were satisfied with our cars to the point that they agreed to purchase one. We offer this courtesy to all our customers to assure that the purchase is exactly what the customer wants and is satisfied with.

IT WAS A BATE AND SWITCH ISSUE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM I WAS TOLD IN WRITING IT WAS A SOLID VEHICLE WHEN THE CAR ARRIVED IS WAS COMPLETELY JUNK
IT WAS A BATE AND SWITCH ISSUE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM I WAS TOLD IN WRITING IT WAS A SOLID VEHICLE WHEN THE CAR ARRIVED IS WAS COMPLETELY JUNK I PAID OVER 20K PLUS SHIPPING AND WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WAS SOLID IN SIDE ONT OUT AND COULD BE DRIVEN AS A DAILY DRIVER WHEN I GOT THE CAR IT DID NOT START SO I TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC AND HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE OVER 10K JUST TO GET THE CAR TO RUN

Desired Outcome

I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND

AJ Auto Master Response • Mar 14, 2019

scheduled an inspection of the vehicle prior to purchase. He then agreed to pay the balance of the vehicle. Everything was in working condition including running and driving perfectly during inspection and was driven onto the transporters truck. Both the inspection and transporter can confirm this.

Customer Response • Mar 19, 2019

and eddy are straight liars. The car was inspected by a loan worker from Jj best. That inspection was to see if the car would start. Usuing my better judgement I believe they had the car jumped to get on transporter or showed a different car. Jj best will not provide a loan for a car that doesn't run. Upon receiving the car the car didnt start. The ad on ebay stated its a daily driver and starts right up. I was under the impression the battery might have been dead from something like travel etc. The mechanic ran there normal test to see why the car wouldnt turn over. After running serval test they stumbled across a laundry list of issues. The car is rusted out,3 out of the 4 tires are flat one tire has visual wiring exposed from the tires. The ebay ad said all things working in the car. Ac,power steering the list goes on. The car doesn't have none of it. Ive reached out multiple times to come to an agreement. One time *** Aranjo responded and said theyd buy the car back only to not return my phone call. I had the car for 3 weeks now and havent driven it once. Ive went to the shop 3times just update them on the issue and each time I learn more about whats wrong with the car and the car not starting without a jump. I cant even drive the car home because it needs multiple attempts of jumping. The car was towed within 20-40mins of me seeing it because I wanted to get it out the rain. The deliver man who works with them *** from door to door couldnt get out of there fast even. He mumbled something about how to start the car and left. Theres no way I could mess up the tires, rust the car out etc. These people are fraud there address doesn't even match a car shop. Its an apartment complex. Ive contacted the FBI,Revdex.com,land a lawyer who are all working on this as we speak. Shouldnt be this difficult these people are not stand up citizens. I Have documents of all conversations, emails, inspection. I even showed them the documents only to hear nothing from them. This is there MO. 3/5 this happen to another man overseas. Someone needs to put a stop to them. These people are a straight discgrace to there community. There flasely Adversting cars then playing hookie when you have issues. Going throught this process has me very aware of there fake business they run the same ads with different cars zipping up and down the street. I have images to show if interested. Im not looking for an outrageous amount of compensation Im looking for my return on invest and some justice.

AJ Auto Master Response • Mar 29, 2019

Buyer has admitted that the car was inspected and upon inspection the car was running. He also explained how the company will not fund a car that is not running. So that is the clarification that the car was running and driving when it left. In addition, driver picked up car running as well. If car was not running a different price would have been charged for pick up. I too have documents and have communicated with client. Last communication indicated that we would continue to communicate with lawyers.

Purchased car from advert and shipped it direct to UK. On arrival my friend was horrified. NOT the condition as advertised.
Purchased the car for friend in the UK from adverts posted by these rogues. Car arrives in UK direct. Nothing like the condition advertised. Even the engine is wrong. Have two independent reports from repair shops in UK to explain major issues. Seller will not answer my calls,, emails or messages. I need my money back AND compensation

Desired Outcome

$30,000.00 cash refund.

AJ Auto Master Response • Nov 11, 2018

gave a deposit for $2000 on 6.29.18 to hold the vehicle so that he could make arrangements to come and inspect the car. Sometime prior to 7/5, no sure exact date, *** came to inspect the vehicle. He was inspecting the vehicle on behalf of American Car Exports who purchased the car form AJ Automaster Sales. After completing the inspection, the remaining balance was paid on 7/5/18, this a clear indication that *** was satisfied with the vehicle. In addition, *** then returned on 7/7/18 and inspected vehicle again. Both visits are documented and logged by my Community Security.
The car was then delivered to American Car Exports.

Now several months later, American Car Exports or ***, not really sure who at this point, sells the vehicle to another client in the UK, and are seeking a refund from AJ Automaster Sales, which clearly makes no sense at all.

My apologies for the delayed response. Indeed their response was the expected BS and untruths. here is the real timeline.

From the outset AJ Automasters knew that we were exporting the car, as-is, to the UK for a client. We used American Car Exports to help us as they are a specialist in this field, and indeed have a full traders license.

After messaging numerous times to view the car, and even having the phone 'hung up' on me they said that as it was so sought after I had to leave a deposit of $2000.
The car images and description sounded good enough, so no problem. I arranged to go and collect the car on 7/7 but they wanted full payment in advance. So their 'community security' can verify this. I Also had put a deposit on another car that they had listed at the same time. So I went on the 7/7 to collect the car as per the advert and their rather strict demands. As soon as I got their they went to drive it onto my trailer, no inspection at this point as he said he was in a rush... As soon as I saw it I stopped and said no, there was a few rust bubbles on the drivers door. This he said wasn't an issue and he would have it fixed in a few days, then send it to American car Exports (ACE) himself. A few days later ACE called and said that it had been dropped off. The next morning, ACE looked at the car and informed me that one of the side scoops had fallen off!! So I mentioned this and after a struggle they agreed to pay a measly $100 towards repair (still waiting for this by the way). So we shipped the car as was delivered delivered to ACE. Based on the assumption it would be as advertised, as this is basically the law!!

So the issues arose when the car eventually landed in the UK and went straight to the new owner. So it hasnt been sold to any other client. The car is not as per the advert in so many ways. This is the complaint, its not sold as advertised and its in very poor condition.

The advert stated it was a recent restoration, yet there are holes in the floor, the cowl leaks, there is rust and bondo filling A-Pillars, the 'new' paint (as advertised) is bubbling up with rust, the 'Stroker' engine is a std 289, NOT a stroker. The Starter Motor didn't work, the 'keyless Entry' ... well, it doesnt have one! And much more.

I wouldnt buy the white one that I paid an 'unseen' deposit on as when I went to view it properly it wouldn't even start and was a terrible car, again way, way different from the advert. But I had to pay UP-FRONT before that too. So I had the devils own job to get a refund, and even after 'agreeing' they kept my deposit too! Load of crooks and liars.

Thank you
***.

AJ Auto Master Response • Dec 06, 2018

It is clearly stated in the ***'s response that the car was inspected on more than one occasion. *** is trying to mislead buyers by changing information. He admits in his response that he inspected car but he is lying about payment time and inspection. *** was not able to come to inspect car for a week, so we required a deposit, not full payment.
He then came to inspect the car and loved the car and wanted to purchase another. He at that point agreed to pay the car in full and then leave us a deposit for a second purchase of a car he also inspected that day. Then once payment was made, he made arrangements to pick up the car. Upon arrival, he spent over an hour inspecting car again and then asked us to touch up paint on one side of the car of which we agreed. Once car was repainted car was transported to American Car Exports of which *** admits in his response that the car was inspected again. They then sent the car to a client and are now asking me to pay because their client is unhappy with the purchase, which clearly is not our fault at all.

Purchased car thru EBAY. Paid in full and they backed out on the deal and stole my money!
Do Not Buy from AJ AUTO MASTER SALES INC aka *** & ***!
They will either waste your time and money or try to scam you!

Bought 1966 Mustang thru EBAY for $20250.00 from AJ Auto Sales aka *** & ***..
Sent her a wire down payment of $5280.00 Friday 7/6 and loan check from JJ Best for $14970.00 on 7/11 which she received on 7/12
At 12pm Florida time.

She was paid in full!!

On 7/12 carrier was there to pick up the vehicle and she would not release the car until I left positive feedback on her EBAY account!

I told her I would leave positive feedback once the vehicle was delivered and she said she will no longer sell me the car and hung up.

I haven't received my money back nor does she seem to have any interest in giving it back.

Filed a claim with ebays VPP to recover funds...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS PEOPLE!!!
YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

***ALSO IM NOT THE ONLY PEOPLE THEY SCREWED!! FOUND THAT OUT AFTER I DID MORE DIGGING ON THEM

Desired Outcome

Stop scamming people and give me my money back!

agreed to purchase the vehicle sight unseen. However during the course of week where he was processing deposit and final payment, he began to have many doubts and reservations about his purchase.. A very common occurrence with purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. In efforts to avoid any issues with *** purchasing the car sight unseen, I told *** that he needed to inspect the car himself or through a 3rd party before purchasing the car. I offered a refund for the purchase if he did not agree to inspection. My company and I are not scammers, we wanted him to be sure of his purchase to avoid any issues, yet still after refunding his money, he still goes to report this false statement. I have proof of refund, proof of email correspondence requesting him to inspect vehicle and I have no problem sharing this information.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
***BUYER BEWARE***
Do Not Buy from AJ AUTO MASTER SALES INC aka *** & *** & *** on eBay

They will either waste your time and money or try to scam you!

I first bid on a 1965 Red Shelby tribute they listed... the listing was ended early and the following day I see that they put up a 1966 Black & Gold Shelby Cobra tribute for bid. I speak with them and we agree on a price of $20250.00. *** said she would stop the auction if I wire her a down payment. I send her a wire Friday 7/6 for the down payment.. I have her re-lists the Mustang on EBAY and I "Buy It Now" I also told her that I was going thru her loan broker JJ Best and had everything set in place.
Since it was a Friday the wire wasn't going to go thru till Monday morning
& Since the pics they put on EBAY had their contrast adjusted (blacks being very dark) and also were far away I asked her to send more pics from her cell phone.. she said not a problem the car is at her house.. I never received any pics Friday! I call her Saturday and she says her husband surprised her with a trip somewhere and she would be home Monday afternoon, Just in time for the wire to clear! Coincidence I think not!!! At the time I was annoyed since I'm spending $20250.00 but figured they're a dealer and I would trust them.

Now it's Monday morning I get a call from my bank asking if I made a wire transfer.. I say yes.. is it not going thru? They said yes it is we just need to verify a few things.. well since I still never received any pics of the mustang, I asked for them to hold off on completing the wire until I receive pictures since something didn't feel right. So I call *** and she immediately says wire transfer hasn't gone through. I tell her the situation that the bank called this morning and asked if I made the wire. I tell *** I just have to call them back and it'll go through immediately and if she could just send the pictures I asked for. She immediately gets irritated and says I'm playing around with her and that she has other people that are interested in the vehicle!!!! Are you kidding me?!? For the amount of money that I am spending the very least you can do is send some pictures.. She gets *** off about the wire not going through and wasting her time I calm her down and say I will send the wire now can you please send me the pictures.. she says ok..

I show her confirmation on the second wire for the down payment and wait for the pictures.. As I wait throughout the day I realize that JJ best sent their inspector to check out the mustang for the loan and luckily they sent me their pics! Later that evening *** finally sends me only 4 pictures!!
As I look at the pictures I noticed The pictures she sent were cropped and pic of the interior was PHOTOSHOPED!!! I was livid! I immediately call her and ask her about it. She says she just took the photo from her phone and she didn't know what I'm talking about!! (Photoshop is just one of the many things that I do for work so I know when the image is manipulated) hence me wanting extra pics from the beginning! I told her I can see what she photoshopped since JJ best sent me pictures! She got so heated and said she would not sell the vehicle to me and handed the phone to her husband. I told him about the photos he called me a liar started arguing and said if I wanted to FaceTime him he could show me the car.. I said fine.. as we FaceTime the connection was bad so I couldn't really see the car all that great but I made it a point that my main concern is if there is anything wrong with the car as small as it may be "ANYTHING" just please be upfront! "this is not my first old car I have purchased I understand if there are some flaws here and there, just please be a man and upfront with it" I said. He said "the car is in perfect condition nothing needs to be changed."

OK now it's Wednesday 7/11 loan check comes in I call *** and let her know I will overnight it & it will be there 7/12 by 12p Florida time and also I have set up a carrier to pick up the mustang.. *** says sounds good give me the details for the carrier so I know who will be picking up a car. I give her the details on the carrier plus tracking number for The loan check.

Thursday 7/12 I get a call in the morning from the carrier saying they tried to pick up the mustang but *** did not let them since it has not been paid!?!? Are you kidding me you have my down payment plus The loan check through JJ best who you recommended and you won't release the vehicle!?!?!
I immediately call *** and ask her why she's not releasing the vehicle she says she hasn't picked up the check from the PO Box and she's not ready with all the documentation!! Are you kidding me again?!? are you not a car dealer??? you've had since Friday when bought it on eBay!!

I ask her to please release the vehicle today so I don't have to reschedule.. She agrees and says I have some papers for you to sign can you please send them back and don't forget to leave me positive feedback on EBAY.. I tell her Ok.

As brutal as this was as long as the car is in good shape as they are telling me I have no problem leaving positive feedback on eBay..

Couple minutes later she sends me a text saying when you finish with the positive feedback on eBay let me know and I'll release the vehicle...

Wait what!?!?

(OK so what *** is telling me is the car has more issues and she does not want to get any negative feedback on eBay because once I receive the vehicle I will notice all the things they lied about and they didn't want me to know about, so please leave feedback now so we can screw you and you can't screw us thank you..)

OK so I call her immediately and Tell her that I will leave her positive feedback on eBay once I receive the vehicle..Again she gets *** off and says I've wasted her time this car isn't for me and she can't sell it to me and hangs up!! WTF!
I called back her husband picks up the phone tells me the same thing they won't sell to me until I leave positive feedback..

You have been paid in full!!!

At this point I don't know whether to feel relieved or *** off for wasting everyone's time!! I've spent money on wire transfers, overnight delivery, shipping costs and I have no car!

*** and her "team" knows how to abuse the system and others as of 7/24 she still has not returned all my money! She backed out of the sale and kept $500 of my deposit!

I found out also There are others they have victimize is well.. if you need anything I am more than willing to help! They need to be stopped. Attached are pics of previous victim complaint on their Facebook in 2017 which they just deleted. But I was able to reach out to him.. Also pics they photoshoped hiding issues by AC unit. Last pic is what they wired back to me $4780. *** stole $500 of the deposit! There was never a non refundable deposit agreement. I still wanted the car, she canceled the deal to keep this amount..

Not sure how the Revdex.com can allow for someone to continuously waste their time and everyone else with lies. But sadly I will need to respond to ***'s continuous lies.

I will be including any docs pertaining to everything I stated before, but due to Privacy Act I have eliminated any information that pertains to ***'s email, address, etc. Attached is a copy of the wire transfer which was initiated on July 14th. I shared proof of wire with *** on that date via text and the funds appeared in ***'s account on the 16th, yet he initiated a Revdex.com report on the 17th stating that he did not receive his money back and that I had no intention of returning it, LIES LIES LIES. Attached is a document with proof of wire transfer date which *** left out of his documents.

Attached is the eBay listing that clearly states $2000 non refundable deposit. This is on all of my car sales, you can see that in any car advertised.

*** refused to complete the sale, plain and simple and did not follow through with the purchase because he became neurotic and then became accusatory claiming false accusations. *** is claiming that I falsified pictures, yet in his Revdex.com report he clearly states that after he accused me of falsify pictures he still wanted to purchase the car. That's very interesting!!!! Who would want to purchase a car from someone who is falsifying pictures?????? Because of *** back and forth and back and forth, refusing deposit, then sending deposit, then refusing final payment until pictures, then accusing me of falsifying, I stated to *** that I refused to sell him the car if he did not inspect the car himself or through a third party. He then begged me to sell him the car anyways. So I said, because of his uncertainty and accusations, if he refuses to come and inspect the car, and he was going to buy the car sight unseen, he would need to leave positive feedback. He agreed and proceeded to send final payment in the mail. In the end he refused to follow through, changing his mind again, further proving to be indecisive and a liar. Bottom line is he could not make a decision. Attached is the email I send him on the 12th, after he refused to follow through with the purchase of the car, where I offer him to still an additional opportunity to come and see the vehicle personally and or through 3rd party or if he still wanted to purchase car sight unseen he would need to leave positive feedback as agreed. *** did not follow through with purchase and then he spends over a month wasting everyone's time, me, Revdex.com, and eBay.

Lastly, *** is the fraud. He took the time to create fraudulent eBay accounts to bid on my cars and sabotage my auction and attempt to leave negative feedback. I am the one who has lost money. I tried to do right by sending him back his money minus eBay and bank fees but in the end I have wasted much more time and money due to his fraudulent eBay accounts. Attached is proof of all of those accounts, which again are being investigated by eBay. The Facebook account is also a fraudulent account.

*** will waste your time and any business time including Revdex.com and eBay with false information. Avoid him and any association with a business transaction with him.

As any crook *** will say and try anything.. she has conned people before.

The bottom line is there was NEVER A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for this transaction!
The information *** provided of a Non refundable deposit WASN'T for the sale we had! It is either from another sale OR photo-shopped!

Regardless I NEVER BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL!

*** BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL AND WOULD NOT SELL UNLESS I GAVE HER POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON EBAY BEFORE RECEIVING THE MUSTANG!

THAT WASN'T PART OF THE DEAL NOR WOULD ANYONE EVER AGREE TO THAT!

EBAY DOES NOT CONDONE THIS TYPE OF ACTION!

She was PAID IN FULL! Vehicle was about to get picked up by transporter!

*** ENDED THE SALE AND STOLE MY MONEY!!!!
