A&J Auto Sales and Repair

I have many different complaints against this company.My boyfriend was involved in a car accident june 3 rd.The other insurance company took 100% loability and sent an apprasier to my boyfriends house to apprasise the car there was $1682 in body damage.I explained to the apprasier that I felt there was something wrong with the sterring and the tire.The car was hit on the drivers front fender directly on the tire.Fender headlights,door,and rim was damaged.He the apprasier said I could take it to a mechanic to check for under body damage that he could not see and if there in fact was damage the repair shop can send for a supplement check.He said I could find many repair shops off shrewsbury street so I found A&J auto.[redacted] the man I dealt with told me not to worry he would check my car and then asked me if I wanted him to total my car.I said No I own my car.I jave a nice car why would I do that I love my car I just repaired axels and balljoints 3 weeks prior to accident.So he so he set me up with a rental told me not to worry he would contact [redacted] the insurance adjuster and ask for the supplement payment if needed.He never said anything about any fees to be charged to me.So a week goes by I hear nothing I go to the shop with my 16 year old daughter and [redacted] starts yelling and screaming at me that I owe him $1700 for the break down of the vechile and storage fees.This sounded funny too me so I said I was going to get my boyfriend and he could discuss it with him because I wasnt arguing with a grown man he turned and looked at my daughter and me and said go get your man I got a gun waiting for u both.I called police filed a report nothing was done of course.Here we are 3 weeks later he did no work to my car and says I owe him almost $2000 and he is playing games with both insurance companies and they are 100% on my aide that this is against the law for him too do .I need help he keeps threathening me that in 30 more days he owns my car and theres nothing I can do.Desired Settlementi want my car returned.As the insurance company said I never signed any papers with james agreeing to anything.He has my signature on nothing at all
