This shop is the Best shop in the city!!! I needed a new engine, and after getting jerked around by another shop for almost 2 month.. Alin and his boys found me a replacement Engine Right away. And Put it in. Alin quoted me a Price and that was it.. OUT THE DOOR.. no hidden fees, taxes, extra blah blah.. NO nothing.. The price he quotes you, is the price u pay. Alin and his boys are the best!!! They worked their as off to get my car done and working properly and back to me! I LOVE THIS SHOP, THEY ARE HONEST, HARD WORKING, AND THEY WILL ALWAYS BE MY NUMBER 1 OPTION! HANDS DOWN PERIOD~!

bought 1999 fd exp shackles rusted,no back brakes,duct tape to gas tank causing check engine light,slow leak-2 tires,car not inspected in MA.My [redacted] bought a 1999 Ford explorer end of june 2013 from AJ Auto in Barre MA, rear shackles almost completely rusted, no back brakes, 2 tires with slow leaks, duct tape in gas filler causing check engine light to come on. Attempted to speak to someone at AJ Auto,I told them car was unsafe & should not have been sold without being inspected. The employee was very rude & I hung up since I will not deal with rude people. Very upset that his car was so dangerous. Pd $1800 cash for vehicle. AJ Auto did not make sure vehicle was safe for road before selling to my [redacted]!Desired SettlementI want AJ Auto to pay for the repairs done to vehicle so that my son can drive safely. Car is registered in CT and shou;d not have been sold until car was safe for road

After buying a car from this[redacted], 5 weeks later engine is blown. [redacted] refuse to refund any money or fix car.I purchased a 2002 dodge stratus on Jan 27,2014 for $2600 dollars. Approx two weeks after his 30 day warranty ended the engine is gone due to no fault of mine. When calling AJ auto he will not refund any of my money only offered for me to purchase another car at a lower price. Five weeks of driving a car for almost three thousand dollars just out my money according to AJ auto !Desired SettlementHe should refund my money of $2600 for the purchase, $270 for towing and diagnostic, $75 Towing back to home $75 for the title fee and sales tax. No one should pay this amount of money for a car that only lasted 5 weeks!

I purchased a 1999 Dodge Durango from A.J Auto on March 4th. The brakes went out while I was driving on Saturday April 13th. Got in accident.After I purchased the Durango I locked the the doors only to find out I didn't have a door key. I paid $200 for a locksmith to come make another key. Two weeks later the car failed inspection. Before I could drive the car to Barre, it wouldn't start. I paid $90 for the tow. I picked up the car on March 22nd. On April 13th the brakes stopped working and I slammed into a wall to avoid hitting someone. The radiator broke and the brakes need to be fixed. I would like the car fixed. Desired SettlementI would like the car fixed at no charge. I have already had to come out of pocket an extra $350. I would like at least $200 back.
