Company's response below: I [redacted] Jrowner of [redacted] Chroming and Car Care is responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] on 10/11/ID# In reference to this complaint filed by [redacted] he failed to inform you that I was not paid on time and the vehicle was left on the property for weeks at a time, because he was unable to pay.I had to reach out to him several times When he received his vehicle it was in good condition[redacted] came to me again about the doors on the carHe was informed that I was very busy at the time and that I would take a look at itHe brought the car to me with a bad tire so it could not be moved for several weeksThen he came to replace the tire I was still busy and a few weeks later he came at the car saying that his daughter needed it then weeks later he called to say it was leaking water, but that's not what he brought the car back for it was for the doors I replaced the heads on his car which they have a warranty in and can be replace, but he will be charged for labor [redacted] also brought a water pump for me to put on and if he purchase another I will replace it, but again he will be charged laborI stand behind my work percent and I do not have any control over what happen to a vehicle once it leaves my shop.Thank you[redacted] Jr
