DESPICABLE builder... they built our home and we found used lumber in areas where they thought jeff greene would get away with it... he had subs that would not be paid... subs did cuts in our framing structural framing... he no longer does Lake Forest bc I got him banned forever... only good news.. we will never see jeff greene or steve rice in Heaven, nor Richard Kendler either...if you have one of the homes he built, simply have an indep contractor check out the floor joists above your crawl spaces..taht's where Greene did not expect to get caught with 100 yr old lumber from old chicago tear downs that he bought for 5 cents a foot... r

I am rejecting this response because: How are we to come to a resolution if AJ Construction refuses to discuss the issues at hand. We have provided Jace with most of the deficiencies as we are finding more as we have further inspections done. To add to the deficiencies of the windows All Weather Windows Warranty representative was out to look at all three bowing windows & have said that this is not a warranty issue but in fact a install issue & that a shim was not installed under the mullion therefore the windows are bowed in the middle. You tell us how we are to resolve this problem when Jace will not talk with us? How are we to resolve things when Jace will not come back & fix ALL the deficiencies & warranties. [redacted]
