Regarding the communication issue, we were hit with a power surge during a lightning storm and our server had been damaged which took time to get the part and repair.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Then almost a month later on 7/19/2013 this is what we got on an e-mail sent to us. "Hello, a note has just been added to your order:This order does not meet our shipping requirements. We can ship this order although there will be additional costs incurred for extra small orders. To avoid these charges we need a total of 8 ducks to ship a regular order. Cost of birds is at least 48$ or that will be the cost of the birds + Extra Small Order Charge: 32.50 + Plus shipping charges. If you agree to these charges we can ship this; if not we can cancel this order for you. When you add these to the cart; you will see that there are additional charges below the shopping cart contents."When we called them on 7/25/2013 they said we needed to order 10 ducks to be able to ship them. When we told them that the second e-mail came almost a month later. They said no it was sent right after we ordered. When we canceled our order they hung up without giving us the chance to ask about a refund.
