After choosing this company to rebuild my fenceI was given a start date of June This date was 6-weeks outbut was still acceptable and fit into my entire project schedule consisting of pool remodellandscape & exterior paint on our Danville homePlease note that the coordination for this project involves multiple neighbors (with pets), multiple contractors, time off from work and general inconvenienceLast week I started calling A & J to confirm the start date......no return callsToday I finally get ahold of someone in the office who notified me that I am not on the schedule, and furthermore, they do not even have a signed proposal, from me, on fileAfter speaking with ***, whom identified herself as the GM, I completely understand the lack of competent leadership*** insulted me and further exacerbated matters by ridiculing and blaming me for the errorsThis company is in dire need of organizational leadershipI will use their competitors moving forward

have the work done at which point we requested he gett additional quotes because from prior experience with tree companies the cost he provided seemed extremely over priced for the work to be done. We then provideo him with information for a tree service we have worked with in the past. The customer admitted to one of out representatives that he was well aware that the company he called was expensive. As I stated we are more than willing to work with the client but we are not willing to approve the cost until we have multiple quotes to compare pricing.

Friday August 22nd. We have set up an appointment for our Vice President to meet with him at your property to discuss the issues at hand and come up with a resolution for this Friday. As I explained to your husband in my emails and our voice mail once the meeting is complete we will send out one of our crews to complete the necessary repairs for you. As I explained in my previous emails we apologize for any inconveniences these issues may have caused for you and we will remedy the issues as soon as possible. If there are any other items you care to discuss please contact me directly your husband already has my contact info and I have listed it below as well.

A&J Fencing came to replace my fence on August 4th, 2016, and they left a real mess. My landscaping was trampled and/or torn out, and my irrigation system was destroyed on that side of the yard. There were areas where they didn't even need to be that we trampled, and they left debris and nails in the yard. My house is on the market with open houses this weekend and my landscaper cannot get to the house until Monday.

Paid A & J fencing in October 2015 for gates to be installed. Since then the gates have shrunk and cracked. They have come back twice and have repaired one of several items. My emails voicemails over the past 3 months have not received a single response. Extremely unprofessional and this should be noted in their rating.
