I called the office and spoke with one of the front assistant worker I'm assuming and asked for my deposit back and told them my situation and she had told me she will talk to the doctor about my situation to see I guess if he will give me my deposit back and she told me she would give me a call back shortly and never did and so a day or two goes by I decided to call them myself and once the front assistant answered my call it seemed like she already knew who I was and I asked her about my deposit back and she told me that she is sorry the doctor is not able to refund me my deposit but they did not say why and never did they ever stated there's no refunds of deposit.
Refund I would like my refund of $500 back. With or without my situation even if I just changed my mind and did not want to go through the surgery with them specifically they didn't say over the phone when I spoke to the front assistants nor the doctor himself during my over the phone free consultation did not mention that there is no deposit back once you deposit, nowhere on there website states anything about not being able to get your deposit back and all the copies of paper work I received from them through email does not state I'm not able to get my deposit back once deposited.
My issue has been resolved! Thank you so much!
