I've lived in *** for over years and have had or landscape companies during that period For about the last years, I've used *** *** (AJ Landscaping, LLC) and couldn't be more pleased Not only does his company do a great job trimming all the bushes and flowers, but he trims our trees and fertilizes - something that no other landscapers have done And you can't beat his price He and his crew are conscientious, thorough, and detailed oriented in both the trimming and clean-up I've been asked by several neighbors who does such a good job on our lot, and I take great pride in recommending ***

I am absolutely at a loss of words for this complaint. This has been a customer since April of 2013. She was scheduled on a bi-weekly landscape maintenance. The regular fee is fifty dollars. On many occasions, without notice, she would cancel or come out and ask to skip maintenance. The reason...

for this was because her department was having budget cuts and she didn’t know if she would be able to afford landscape maintenance. In the last month or two before she moved she had us doing regular services to get it back to how it was before she rented the property. We did the regular services and billed accordingly. on one of the occasions she wasn’t home. Which isn’t unusual as most customers are not there when service is performed as they’re working. When I billed her, she sent payment for one service but not the previous. The the next visit was the last, she asked for a quote for the yard to have the final cleanup done, and some additional work around the tennis court done. I told her it would be 150$ to do the final clean-up because there was additional work to be performed. During the cleanup she asked my foreman to take some old furniture to the dump since we had a big trailer. At this time my foreman explained to her that this would be additional, and asked if she would like him to call to find out how much.  She said not to worry about it, to just let her know.   As this was an account that was supposed to transfer to the new house in Ahwatukee,  After weeks of not answering calls, or text trying to set up new house and collect payment, I sent a message telling her that the two charges, one for a maintenance and one for additional 30$ for the disposal of waste she asked to remove (solid Woden desk, and few other pieces if furniture) from the clean-up would be turned into collections. Still after close to two months, I have not charged any late fees. She responds and calls me a liar on servicing her property when she was gone. I have GPS running in my truck to show where it has been and detailed records to show services rendered. To avoid conflict since she wasn’t there to see it, I said I would deduct that charge. I have texts to show this. All that was being charged was 30$ for the stuff she wanted us to remove and take to the dump! Before she filed this complaint I explained all of this to her.  The only charge she still owed on was for the pick-up only.   I have tried to resolve this matter to the best of my ability.
