A.J. Leto & Sons

I have been a customer of A.J. Leto & Sons for about 5 years now. I have used the company for ALL plumbing related issues in my home. Over the past 5 years I have had a washer dryer hookup done by them, new toilets put it, new boiler, new hot water heater, new plumbing done, etc. My hot water heater which was installed last year was not working yesterday. When the company showed up just to light the pilot I received a bill for $70.00. I called the owner and simply/kindly said that I thought it was "unreasonable" to have to pay that. He sarcastically interrupted me and said "yes, it is unreasonable, don't pay the bill, and don't call me anymore". I was very hurt and shocked! Just goes to show you that you never know someone!
