quality of work and customer service. However, customers all have different expectations. We do our best to satisfy our customers but understand that sometimes we are unable to meet the expectations of all of them, since it is so subjective.In this case, the complaining customer returned to my salon and we were to touch up her nails to her satisfaction. I have not received any additional complaints from said customer.
