You initially contacted me December 9, 2015 regarding your account with Cash-2-U Leasing. You informed me that your account was past due and we had deposited your security checks in the amount of $520 to clear your account. You stated the checks had cleared your account causing you to overdraft...

I advised you I would look into the matter and assist you in a resolution.We agreed we would reopen your account and give you an additional 15 days free. received a call on December 15 from [redacted], the office manager, stating that one of your security checks In the amount of $200 had been returned for Insufficient funds. I was also Informed you had elected to not reopen your account. Earlier today, I received a text from you Including a copy of your bank transaction and a request for compensation of $174 in NSF fees and $277.12 in scheduled deductions that the bank did not honor. The scheduled deductions were rejected but had no additional bank charges associated with the transactions. I agreed to close out your current lease with the $320 we received. This would require us waiving all current and future leasing charges and absorbing the additional $80. I also agreed to refund the 174 in NSF fees that you incurred. I do regret our inability to communicate led to your security checks being deposited. During our conversation we agreed this resolution was satisfactory to both parties.
