Quote did not include specific projects we spoke about and specifically pointed outCosting me over $in addition to his quoteWe wanted all new carpet in the house and the quote was supposed to include all new carpetSome how it didn't include steps and hallway upstairs after I had specially text and called asking if they were because the numbers were low for carpet and he said they were included! It turned out they were not!
The drywall work was supposed to include any and all defects in drywall holes, dings,dents etc This was not done there are still defects in a couple of the rooms that should have been repaired!
Garage door opener was installed and weeks later it crushed the top panel on my door! Said he would come look at it and it's a month later and have not even received a phone call about itCommunication was very disappointing during this whole processContractor would give a start time and not show up and wouldnt even callContractors communication and follow up was only good when it came to getting paidI got several calls and follow ups when trying to get paidI wish that's how it was with all the work!
