I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.[redacted] <[redacted]>I received an email from you today stating that the case had been closed and the merchant had not made a response ; I could not see any way to respond to that email so I am emailing you.However that is incorrect ;yesterday I received a check in the mail from them.I had been requesting a refund of the difference between what the website said and what they actually charged me and the difference was four dollars and change and they sent me a check for much more than that So I just wanted to let you know that they did in fact respond and responded more than what I had asked for . I am very satisfied with the result.
