participate in an auction, they have to read the terms and conditions and either accept or not. If they do not accept the terms and conditions, they are not able to proceed. This is done through the platform of Bidspotter.com where there is a second set of terms and conditions that also state all items are sold as-is, where is, how-is, with no guarantees or warranties neither expressed or implied. We do not hide behind technicalities, we are just a service to liquidate other companies' and individuals' items for a small fee. We are not able nor equipped to inspect every individual item. Additionally, contract also states that all sales are final.
