At 2:30pm on Sunday, 1/27/2019 I purchased a *** Autographed Yellow Custom Basketball Jersey from A.J Sports World. At 3:00pm I received confirmation that my order #XXXXX for $1,727.93 CAD was placed and completed. After my order was completed I noticed more products available in stock. I checked their website about 10 minutes after and saw that it was now sold out. So this tells me their ordering system was calculating stock correctly
On Monday 1/27/2020 AJS sent a message claiming my item was refunded with no explanation. I called in and spoke to *** questioning why it was refunded. He *** responded was that they reserve the right not to honor the sales because the price had increased since *** had passed. They claimed the item was pulled from their supplier *** so they are now in turn pulling the item as well. They had since deleted the item from there store as if it never existed for sale.
It is very obvious that they have the item in stock and do not want to ship it because they can now sell it for significantly more. This is totally not fair to a fan that truely loved *** and purchased a piece of the memorabilia of the Laker legend, may his soul rest in peace.

Replacement MY resolution is simple, I want AJ Sports World to Honor the original sale.
Due to the untimely passing of ***, we had a run on his autographed jerseys. We only had one in stock but it was listed and sold multiple times on multiple sales platforms. As a result we honored the first sale and we did not have any others to sell. We apologized to 4 or 5 clients in the same position and refunded all monies right away.
As well, to protect us in the event of items being sold out of stock or prices being listed wrong, we clearly list on our terms and conditions page
