[redacted] Had my boat towed and stored in their yard for a couple days, afterwords I had the boat towed to a friend's house in [redacted] They took the lowering crank off my boat to load it on their flat deck and didn't replace itWhen I addressed the matter all the staff were [redacted] including the ownerAfter finally getting a hold of someone (they hung up the phone like a [redacted] multiple times) they proceeded to tell me that it was my responsibility to go pick up the part at their shop because their driver forgot to replace my part on my boat trailerI mentioned to them that I was not coming from home ( [redacted] ) to [redacted] just to pick up a part to my boat that they did not put back when they were doneAll of this happened after I gave them almost $ [redacted] for their [redacted] service
