I am rejecting this response because:Most of this response is a complete fabrication.The truth:The company was contacted to work on the heater based on a request I made through my Warranty Company, [redacted] [redacted] did provide access to the apartment He did provide the credit card numberfor purposes of billing the fee for the [redacted] visitBut here are the lies: The additional work WAS NOT to make a further repair which [redacted] would not cover ANY malfunction would have been covered by the warranty The credit card WAS NOT provided for anything, but charging the standard [redacted] fee of $ That was billed separately as shown on the credit care statement I provided [redacted] DID NOT approve any extra work to be done If the technician would have suggested the additional cleaning (which is what the charge was for), Mr [redacted] would have come to me for approval before telling the technician to proceedThese people were NEVER given authorization to do any work beyond what was requested through [redacted] As proof, ask them if they have a signature by [redacted] accepting the additional charges They DO NOT unless it is a forgery.They are liars and cheats
Business states that they are aware of the complaint but disagree with the allegations made by the complainantBusiness states that the consumer(or their representative) contacted [redacted] ,the home warranty company, in regards to a malfunctioning heating unitThe business reported to the property, diagnosed the issues and then got authorization from the warranty company for the needed repairsThe unit was still not operating properly so further inspection found that it needed additional maintenance repairs that are not covered under the warrantyThe person who opened up the house, Mr [redacted] , approved the additional maintenance repairs(not covered under the warranty) , the services were then rendered and Mr [redacted] then went ahead and provided the credit card information for paymentClark's has been in business since and has maintained a good standing in the community for the quality of services they provide
We are not accepting any fault for this matterHowever, in order to close this complaint, Mr [redacted] has received his money back in full as of 1/25/
